Hi, my name is Candace.

I'm originally a South Jersey Girl, but recently I have become a California Girl transplant. I am pursuing my MFA in Creative Writing at CCA in San Francisco. Holla :D I received my BA in English from Rutgers, New Brunswick. Rest assured, though, that I am far from the grammar police. I've been drawing since pretty much forever, but I never really took it seriously until 2001ish. That's when I got my first scanner, and I started to draw profusesly - especially portraits of my furry character, Caydy.

Incase you are wondering if you've seen me somewhere before, I've had an Elfwood Gallery since 2005. You can find me in the Wyvern's Library, Fan Quarter, and Sci-Fi and Fantasy Art Galleries, there. There might be a couple of things in there that I haven't posted on here, especially stories. I won't be updating it any more, but feel free to take a look. Just a fair warning, everything there is really old, so it's not an accurate portrayal of what my artwork and writing are like now.

So... apparently I've had this DA account for three years now. I completely forgot about it until recently when I got a piece of spam from DA, so I logged in and migrated all of my favorite drawings and photos for your viewing pleasure.

If you want to draw or use one of these characters or images, just ask me first, please. A lot of these images are the results of requests from people I don't keep in touch with anymore. If you are one of those people or you know them, please bring it to my attention ^^;
